What The Short List does
The Short List helps users discover and connect with independent event-service providers. Unless expressly stated otherwise, The Short List is not the vendor, event planner, employer, agent or contracting party for those services.
Recommendations
Recommendations reflect information available to us and our judgment about apparent fit. Availability, pricing, licensing, insurance, scope and performance must be confirmed directly with each vendor. Inclusion does not constitute a guarantee.
Bookings and payments
During beta, users typically contract and pay vendors directly. Any future referral fees, paid placements, commissions or booking services will be disclosed as the model develops.
User responsibilities
Users must provide accurate event information and independently review vendor terms before booking. Vendors are responsible for accurate business information and lawful performance of their services.
Changes
We may update the service and these terms as The Short List develops.
